In the human resources department, HR Admin works under the management of HR Manager. Work related to welfare regimes, recruitment processes and administrative issues related to human resources are all within the scope of work of HR Admin. HR Admin's tasks will include: Support recruitment planning for the company and attract talent through selecting interview profiles, guiding procedures and answering recruitment issues for candidates. Prepare labor contracts for new employees. Answer employee questions related to HR processes. Participate in planning employee engagement activities such as teambuilding.

HR Admin is responsible for supporting the human resources department Sales Admin (Sales Administrator) Sales Admin is a sales assistant that supports the sales team by managing administrative issues. Work related to paperwork, orders and ensuring the department's sales process goes smoothly. In addition, the sales admin will perform other tasks assigned by the head of the sales department. The typical job duties of a sales admin are: Sales process support : Assist sales staff in preparing and sending quotes, creating sales documents, and creating promotional materials. Order tracking : Monitor the order processing process from the time the customer places an order until the goods are delivered to the customer. Support sales staff : Support sales staff in making reports, sales documents and other administrative tasks.



Prepare sales documents : Draft and manage administrative documents such as sales letters, quotations, contracts and other sales documents. Customer database management : Maintain and update customer database, ensuring that customer information is stored accurately and effectively. Interaction with customers : Contact customers via phone, email or other means to answer questions, advise on products/services and create good relationships with customers. Statistics and reporting : Compile sales data and compile related statistics to create periodic reports or as requested by superiors. Support marketing activities : Participate in implementing marketing campaigns, help promote products/services and increase company brand awareness.
